Dutch Dragon Keeper coming in November

The Dutch translation of The Dragon Keeper now has finalised cover art and a publication date. De Kronieken van de Wilde Regenlanden eerste boek: Drakenhoeder will be available 11th of November 2009. You can see the cover here. The book will be published by Luitingh Fantasy.

I love the green tones, but it does look a bit too computer-y to my taste.
I don’t think the UK cover is boring, the dragon’s posture is wonderful and straight from the book. :)

FYI, there’s a small typo in the Dutch title; ‘eesrste’ should be; ‘eerste’.

I used to read the Robin Hobb books in Dutch, but every since I learned enough English I’ve been very happy to be able to switch to the originals. The translators do their best, but there’s no comparing a translator’s job with Hobb’s own writing.
