		+	I hope this helps: every page has a "talk" page that can be used to discuss changes to the article before making them or suggesting ideas for improving the article etc. The talk page for user page (=the page with your user name) can be used to leave notes for that particular user. When someone leaves a comment on an article's talk page, it is wisest to reply on that same page so that everyone can follow the conversation easily. But if you want to reply to a comment on your OWN talk page (=this page, the talk page attached to your username) you can reply either here or on the the talk page of the user that left the comment. Just remember to sign your comments so we know who wrote what!
