Changes

A grizzled, older sailor that sailed on the [[Despair]], a pirate ship, and [[Springeve]], a merchant vessel dealing in pirated goods. Tarlock first met [[Brashen Trell]] when Hope Despair overtook Brashen's ship, [[Child of the Wind]]. Then, he drunkenly approaches and confronts Brashen in a port-town tavern. Brashen gets him drunk and he is left behind when the Springeve sails the next morning.
