Changes

The '''Bingtown Charter''' was a land grant for families in [[Jamaillia]] to settle in the [[Cursed Shores]]. It provided them pardons and land in return for 50% of their profits. It was signed and granted by Satrap [[Esclepius]]. Most of the people who moved were outcasts, outlaws, or younger sons looking to have a fresh start. The charter promised that no more lands would be given out in that area but almost no other benefits were guaranteed. This charter is what the [[Bingtown Traders]] and [[Rain Wild Traders]] contest with [[Satrap Cosgo]], as he has granted the [[New Traders]] land in [[Bingtown]].
