Peotre Blackwater is [[Narcheska]] [[Elliania|Elliania's]] uncle, more precisely her mother's brother. He is a grizzled old warrior with scarring in his face. Some of it is delibarate: fine lacerations rubbed with ash, but some is scars from blades. There is grey in his hair and in his short beard.
