An [[Old Trader]] whose family, including his wife [[Dorill Restart]] and all their children, died during the [[blood plague]]. Dorill and Davad had gotten married a week after [[Ephron Vestrit|Ephron]] and [[Ronica Vestrit]]. They danced at each other's weddings.
After Dorill's death Davad has gotten himself in trouble with other Old Traders. He started trading slaves and socializes with the [[New Traders]]. He has been the middle man in the offers the New Traders have made to the [[Ludluck]]s concerning [[Paragon]]. Only the Vestrits still call him a friend. He is called the Traitor Trader by some of the Old Traders.
Davad gave [[Rache]] to Ronica for help, as she blames him for the death of her son.
