Changes

The Liveship Traders are set in the same world as the [[Farseer trilogy]] and the [[Tawny Man trilogy]], but the events take place in between those two storylines in the [[Cursed Shores]] far down south from the [[Six Duchies]]. The story is told from the points of view of numerous characters, most prominently the [[sea serpent]]s, the [[Vestrit]]s and [[Kennit]]. One of the key figures, [[Amber]], is interestingly never given a turn in describing the events even though she is very much connected to all that is happening. The central stage is [[Bingtown]], but much of the events take place on ships, both ordinary and of the [[liveship]] kind. The true nature of pirates, traders, family members, slavery, liveships and even sea serpents is brought to light before the trilogy is over.
