Also called ''Mishap'', an orphan boy that [[Starling]] brought to stay with [[Fitz]] when he was 7 or 8 years old. His mother had abandoned him, and it is possible that he is a [[Red Ship bastard]]. He has mismatching eyes, one blue and one brown. He stayed with Fitz for 7 years before trying to find a life of his own. [[Svanja]] was his sweetheart. He showed talent for cabinetmaking and was apprenticed to Master [[Gindast]] in [[Buckkeep town]] but eventually chose the profession of a minstrel.
