Hilia Borse

Hilia Borse is a black-haired woman living near Cogsbay, she and her family are rumoured to be Witted. She is Rosemary's best friend since since they were children, and gifted her Marmalade the cat after saving him from death. She has a baby girl about one month old around the time Pell comes back to the village.
