Wintrow Vestrit

Wintrow Vestrit is a son of Keffria Vestrit and Kyle Haven, who was in training to be a priest of Sa in Kelpiton monastery. He was especially talented in working with stained glass. He was brought aboard Vivacia against his will to replace his aunt Althea as the close relative whose presence is required by any liveship.

Sailing with Kyle

Wintrow, who wanted nothing to do with sailing, and Vivacia started with a strained relationship, peaking when Wintrow ran away in Jamaillia. He was found and taken as a slave, discovered by his father's first mate Torg, and bought back by Kyle. In his anger, and pressured by Torg, Kyle ordered Wintrow tattooed with a crude image of Vivacia, indicating his status as a slave owned by the ship.

Sailing with Kennit

Despite being leery of the pirate captain to begin with, he is slowly won over with Kennit's soft words, good deeds, and manipulations. Wintrow is swayed to Kennit's side as a prophet for the good the pirate could do as king of the Pirate Isles.
