Piebalds

An extremist political branch of the Witted folk during the years Dutiful was a prince , who named themselves after the Piebald Prince. Also called the Cult of the Bastard.

The Piebalds claimed that they only wanted to see the end to the persecution of the Witted, but their methods clearly showed that they only wanted political power for themselves.

Tactics

The Piebalds would blackmail prominent persons and regular village folk in the Six Duchies that were Witted. If they did not join with their cause, or help them, the Piebalds would expose their Witted status. These actions were taken to increase the tension between Witted and non-Witted folk, in the aim of creating a Rebellion. They would make these claims by posting a public note with an illustration of a piebald horse.
