Rapskal

Rapskal is the human/Elderling keeper of the dragon Heeby.

Always cheery, he attaches himself to Thymara early on. Thymara enjoys his company but Rapskal seems to want a romantic partnership.

During the Rain Wilds flood, he and his dragon Heeby go missing and are presumed dead.

At the end of Dragon Haven, Rapskal and Heeby return in flight - the first of the Cassarick dragons to fly - and announce that they have found Kelsingra. They lead the Tarman expedition to the city.
