Key Island

Key Island is a small island in the middle of the bay of the larger Keyhole Island. Lucto Ludluck set up a small colony with the crew of the Paragon, Lucto's family liveship, to live there in their own private kingdom. This colony was destroyed by Igrot the terrible under the guise of trade partnership.

Lucto's wife was abandoned on Key Island after Igrot's attack and has lived there since. Kennit, her son, has returned to stash his most important treasures there and to bring her gifts once in a while. Mother still lives there with Dedge, Saylah and Ankle, all of whom Kennit brought to the island. Kyle Haven was brought there as a prisoner, as well.

Brashen Trell, guided by Paragon, is brought to Key Island with the intent to bring Mother to Kennit in trade for Althea Vestrit.
